Delete your account

Two ways to delete

• In the app: Help › Delete my account.
• On this page: confirm your mobile number with a code below. You do not need the app.

What we delete

• Your account and sign-in. You are signed out on every phone and browser.
• Your name, mobile number, email, address and map pin on every booking.
• Your name and number on your bills and payments.
• Your booking history and tracking links — they stop working.
• Your reviews and ratings comments, and your messages to our support team.

What we keep, and why

• The bookings, bills and payments themselves, with your name and number removed — the law requires us to keep accounting records.
• A record that you deleted your account: your name, mobile number, how many bookings you had and when. It is used only to answer a legal, tax or payment question later.
